Monthly or annual, no long contracts

Manage auto-renewal from settings. Access continues through the paid period. No cancellation notices. No retention calls.

Your deal data stays yours

CREscope doesn't sell your pipeline or your comps. CREscope doesn't train AI models on your deal docs. Export PDF, Excel, or CSV when your plan includes it.

No surprise fees

Price on the card is the price you pay. No onboarding, per-deal, or hidden-seat fees.

Pricing questions

Do I need a credit card for the free deal?
No. Your first deal is free — no card, no trial countdown. CREscope asks for a card only when you choose a paid plan.
What happens after the first free deal?
Your pipeline, comps, buy box, and the analysis you ran all stay. To run another full deal, upgrade to Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open billing from settings to cancel auto-renewal — no notice, no retention call, no penalty. Access continues to the end of your paid month, and your pipeline data stays on your account at the Free tier.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans bake in two months free vs paying monthly. Auto-renewal can be canceled from the billing portal any time; you keep access through the annual term. Annual is opt-in via the toggle above; monthly is the default. First annual purchases include a 14-day refund window if fewer than 3 deal packages and fewer than 3 Excel exports have been generated — sample-deal activity doesn't count.
How is Team different from Pro?
Team adds 3 seats, one shared pipeline, and shared buy box criteria — so everyone on the team is working from the same view. Teammate setup is email-based today; self-serve invites are next.
What's coming on Scale?
Scale ($299/mo, 5 seats included) is the roadmap tier for branded PDF and Excel exports, a co-branded share viewer, share activity export, package version history, and workspace brand controls. Several Scale items are in development — email support@crescope.com to be notified as each ships. SSO and fully white-labeled plans are later-roadmap items.
